4 weeks old
This week has been busy for little man and mommy. He went to the doctor on Wednesday for a ingrown toe nail and we found out that he weighs over 9 pounds!! What a change for us. He got to visit with his Papa this week and Daddy had to go to drill. Wanted to add that he is getting a little cold and seems gassy at night.

Cale Grayson is 2 Weeks Old

So much has happened in little mans life this week. He has gained almost 5 ozs and has bypassed his birth weight. He went to church for the first time, although mommy missed most of the service cause Cale decided he wanted a early lunch. Cale also enjoyed his first Easter. What a busy week little man has had.

Cale is one week!!!!
WOW! Time has flown by. Cale Grayson is one week. He is such a great baby. He is so alert and happy most of the time. He only cries when he needs to nurse or is diry. He would cry to be held but Joel and I can't keep our hands off him.
We had a appointment yesterday and he is 7lbs 9ozs and 20.5 inches. He is almost back to his birth weight already.
This week Cale got to watch the Bristol Race with daddy and snuggled in the entire time.

Let me take a moment....
I need to brag on a certain person in my life, my incredible husband Joe. He has really been a lifesaver since all this bed rest has started. He takes care of all of the meals, the cleaning, the laundry, everything that I would do he does.
When I say everything I really mean it. Mackenzie on her birthday got a cake cooked by daddy, he made cupcakes for school for snacks twice in one week, he is amazing. I can't brag enough about all he is doing for them.
For me well that is a different story. I get pretty much waited on hand and foot. Just today I was served breakfast (eggs, bacon and toast) a snack, then we had dinner between that he filled my water cup as much as needed and brought me whatever else I needed (just so happens it was ice cream).
He is a wonderful guy. Probably one of the best men you will ever find. I am so fortunate that on one August night he knocked on my door.

Update on us
Well things have turned out to be a little more complicated than we originally thought they would be with my pregnancy. I have been put on total bed rest until the baby comes. Which means that I can get up to use the bathroom and that is it. Joel has stepped up and became Mr.Mom here. He is doing such a awesome job. It is a constant amazement that God has blessed me with such a incredible husband.
